The answer to the workforce development challenge is filling your agency or company with young professionals. Biggest lessons learned are to find an energetic teacher and a passionate liaison, encourage the students to “own” the program, shadow a successful program near you, and don’t reinvent the wheel -a lot of resources already exist.
